- Once the order has shipped out you will receive an email with the carrier and the tracking number for your order.
Shipping and Unloading Instructions
- The excavator will be shipped via Dry Van. To unload the machine, a forklift is required. If you don't have access to one, please arrange for a rental or select a delivery location with a loading dock.
- For rural areas, pallets must be delivered to a commercial address or picked up from the nearest shipping hub. Liftgate service is available for an additional fee. Delivery to a residential address is also possible for an extra charge.
- If you’re located in a remote area, the carrier may transfer the shipment to a local logistics provider for final delivery.
Shipping Cost
- We provide a Free shipping service for all orders on the website.
- Each product page has information about the package size and weight and requirements for offloading.
- Extra charges might be incurred for offloading oversized items if a forklift or equivalent is not available to help offload at the receiving location.
Order Processing Time
- Order processing time is the time elapsed between when the customer places the order and when the seller hands the order over to the delivery service.
- The processing time begins from the date you placed your order. It usually takes 1 business day to process your order. Once we've processed it, we can then ship it.
- Our warehouse only operates on Monday – Friday during standard business hours, except on holidays. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
Things to Know
- Shipments that arrive damaged must be signed as damaged when received. If there is damage, please ensure you indicate that there is damage to the freight company and contact us to report the damage.
Backordered Items
- We do our best to prevent back orders, they do occasionally happen. The item will be sent as soon as our warehouse receives a new shipment.
- If the back ordered item is discontinued or unavailable, the item will be canceled from your order and you will be refunded. There may be a comparable item or upgraded version available. Please email us for assistance.
